Well Control Group offers superior training services and engineering solutions in well control for drilling, completions, and workovers.

Current training programs include well intervention, IWCF surface & combined tickets. Our team of professional engineers can also provide customized onsite coaching for well-site supervisors, rig managers, and drilling crews for well control.

Engineering services include worldwide onsite and remote assistance in controlling kicks for oil and gas producers. Furthermore, our engineers can walk you through the steps required to bring a well under control. Our goal is to kill a well at balance point so that the well is productive after it has been controlled. Scheduled courses include IWCF surface stack (land drilling/jack up rigs), combined surface and subsea training program (for floating rigs and drill ships), and the IWCF well intervention program.

The IWCF certification is aimed at candidates working on completion rigs and exams are offered at level 1 and 2. The program covers completion equipment, wireline, coil tubing, snubbing, principles and procedures. This certification program runs weekly from Monday to Thursday with written exams held on Friday. We are an authorized IWCF training facility.
