Safety is every rig's first priority. Experts trained by Well Control Group routinely offer their expertise on the rig site, inspecting equipment, reviewing procedures, and assuring compliance with existing regulations. Additionally, on-site training can be provided for all the safety courses offered by our organization.
Introduction
According to OSHA, “wearing a gas monitor into a confined space is not enough to protect from many hazardous conditions that are immediately harmful to the entrant”. For this reason, a thorough pre-entry test should be conducted by trained technicians using a properly calibrated instrument to detect possible hazards.
Service Offered
Our trained staff will perform atmospheric testing using the appropriate equipment and following the correct procedures to detect dangerous and flammable gases at the top, middle, and bottom of the confined space.
Well Control Group also recommends having fully trained Confined Space Rescue standby teams when conducting any work in a Confined Space.
